My oldest nephew is named Dakota. He asked me for a set of coasters and left it up to me to design them. This was fun.

Dakota is an amazing human, on all levels. One thing he can do with such graceful ease, is tame and train horses. I have watched him with these majestic creatures. It is a beautiful thing to witness.

He is a horse whisperer extraordinaire.

the details:

• 10oz vegetable tanned cowhide

• the leather will darken over time to a gorgeous caramel colour

• 4” x 4”

• each coaster is individually hand cut and then hand stamped with old fashioned metal press letters and images, one at a time, using a permanent ink.

• the surface is finished with an acrylic resolene finish, protecting it from liquid stains
