Canada Post is my preferred choice for delivery service. I use business expedited, so each item is tracked and insured. Depending on the destination, you can expect your Tog piece to arrive within 2 to 10 business days once it has shipped.

All custom order pieces are a final sale.

Exchanges and store credits are given for non-custom order pieces, as long as the items have not been used and are returned in the original condition. Please contact me within 7 days of the purchase.

In the event of a construction flaw, I stand behind my designs one hundred percent, and will happily make the necessary adjustment at no cost to you.

If any adjustments need to be made after you have received and used your t.o.g piece  (i.e. strap length, extra hole in belt etc.) please get in touch with me and I will happily work with you to make this happen.
